Advanced Degree Scholarship Application

The Washington Respiratory Care Foundation (WRCF) will be awarding two advanced degree scholarships in 2025. This award is for currently credentialed Registered Respiratory Therapists that have an active license in the state of Washington. They must be current members with the American Association of Respiratory Care, and currently enrolled in an advanced degree program for a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree.

The WRCF is passionate about Respiratory Therapy and about supporting the development of members of the profession. The WRCF also recognizes the value of leadership through professional society service. To be considered for this degree the applicant must have either served on an Respiratory Care Society of Washington (RCSW) committee or be willing to serve on an RCSW committee for a minimum required commitment time of 12 months.

These awards will be presented at the Annual Regional Respiratory Conference at the Northern Quest Resort April 27th-29th, 2025.

Your scholarship application packet will be assessed by the WRCF Scholarship Committee without any identifying information given to them to avoid any potential bias

2025 Photo Release Consent

I hereby grant the Washington Respiratory Care Foundation (WRCF) and the Respiratory Care Society of Washington (RCSW) permission to use my photograph in all publications, for WRCF and RCSW purposes, including web site entries, without payment or any other consideration in perpetuity. I hereby authorize the WRCF and the RCSW to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute this photo. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my photo appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph. I am 18 years of age or older and am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release.
